During these trying times, Dart wishes to assure the local community that Dart Car services remain operational. Working closely with the Ministry of Health and JPD, we have pro-actively initiated pre-cautionary measures to help keep our community safe when riding and driving with Dart. Among the precautionary measures implemented are the “No Front Passenger” policy, compulsory face masks for drivers, issuing guidelines on best personal hygiene practices and daily vehicle disinfecting. Dart has distributed protection kits consisting of face masks, hand sanitizers and disinfectants to our drivers to support these measures.
Dart is also implementing the BruHealth scan protocol in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health and relevant Government agencies,. All Dart drivers and riders are required to carry out the Self-report assessment on BruHealth app. Riders are required to scan the QR code when riding with Dart, whereby only those with Green and Yellow codes will be allowed into the vehicle. If a rider is found to have red, purple or blue codes, they are required to contact the Health advice line at 148, or report to the nearest clinic for testing.
Dart remains committed in serving the community and initiated several initiatives to such as food delivery service and the Gerai Ramadhan app to allow customers to connect with local vendors. Dart will soon be launching additional services such as home moving, parcel delivery and courier services.
