Job Description:

This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring a seamless and efficient functioning of all Dart services. This position will play a crucial role in coordinating between various departments, managing Driver relationships, while ensuring customer satisfaction and aligning operational activities with the company’s strategic goals. An Operations Manager at Dart Logistics is expected to have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the e-hailing, transportation and logistics industry, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of proven work experience in supervisory/managerial experience in service and customer-centric environment.

• Experience in budgeting & forecasting.

• Familiarity with e-hailing or related industries is an added advantage.

• Has experience/good knowledge in ISO 9001.
